1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
2. Interaction with customers face to face, Emails & over phone.
3. Follow up with customers for registrations.
4. Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions every now and then.
5. Pre-deliver Inspections before handover.
6. To Liaison with Accounts department.
7. Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation.
8. Ability to handle irate customers.
9. Any other tasks assigned by the higher authorities from time to time.
Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
